L&S Motorwerks is a locally owned and growing automotive repair shop looking for a motivated Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are currently a European-focused specialty shop and are expanding our capabilities to include Asian and Domestic vehicles, along with opening a second location. This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow and build the future of L&S Motorwerks.

About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship. You’ll work hands-on in the shop, using your technical skills and experience to ensure every vehicle is serviced safely, efficiently, and correctly.

This position offers opportunities to continue developing your technical skills through hands-on experience, training, and exposure to a variety of repair procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer vehicles.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and technical resources.
  • Complete inspections and identify necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance.
  • Repair and replace components such as brakes, suspension parts, sensors, and other vehicle systems.
  • Test vehicle systems and components to verify proper operation.
  • Follow manufacturer procedures, repair manuals, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
